Prices and offers may change, but any change will not override applicable consumer rights or the terms governing an order already accepted.

If a material error is identified in a product listing, description or price, we may need to contact you to clarify or resolve the issue. Where an order cannot be fulfilled because of an error, we will communicate the next steps and process any applicable refund.

9. Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,499. Other orders may attract shipping charges displayed at checkout. Promotional shipping offers may be subject to separate terms.
10. Placing an Order
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information. After submitting an order, you may receive an order confirmation or acknowledgement.
An acknowledgement does not necessarily guarantee fulfilment if payment, availability, verification or other processing requirements remain incomplete.
11. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, material listing errors, payment issues, delivery-service limitations or suspected fraud.
You may request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Any applicable refund will be handled according to our policies and applicable law.
12. Cash on Delivery
COD is available only for eligible orders and serviceable locations. LBW Shop uses a partial-payment model: a nominal amount is payable in advance, and the remaining balance is payable at delivery.
The applicable advance amount, remaining balance and payment instructions will be displayed or communicated during the ordering process. Required advance payment must be completed before the order is processed.
13. Payments
Payments may be handled by third-party payment service providers. You must provide accurate payment information and use payment methods you are authorised to use.
Third-party payment providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.
14. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery across India, subject to serviceability. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Return requests must be raised within 2 business days of delivery. Certain beauty, personal care, hygiene, cosmetic and disposable products may be non-returnable, subject to applicable law.
